LA-based artist AQ has released his latest project titled ‘White Lies’ today via Chosen1’s Music. The project, which features production from TochiUzo, is now available on all DSPs. The former basketball player premiered the video for the first single, “Straight Shots,” from the project on July 18 via Power 106.
‘White Lies’ gives the listener an intimate portrait of AQ as he makes himself vulnerable to tell certain stories about his love life. These songs are about love, regret, passion and pain, but more importantly a relief being lifted off his shoulders. White Lies is a body of work that will allow others going through similar situations to gain peace of mind, offer a sonic getaway, and to know they aren’t alone in how they feel after a love lost.
AQ was previously a featured artist on Joe Moses’ Til Death Do Us Part project, which was released in December 2017.
