Directed by KevWitTheCam, produced by Beat Boy. “Delinquents” takes us on a ride-a-long with the fast-rising artist as he and his team hustle in the streets. “Delinquents” is Xavier’s third effort of 2018 and becoming one of the most talked about new artists of the Fall.
