TK is an aspiring recording artist from New Orleans, LA. His musical journey began when his friend, brother, & fellow musician, CHANNEL DEV, tragically passed. His goal is to keep his friend’s spirit alive along with spreading messages of positivity through art.
TK was first introduced to music at a young age when he joined the choir. Although he could not sing very well he still enjoyed the experience which led him to take piano lessons. He learned the basics but eventually gave it up for sports instead. Things did not go as planned and TK thought he was destined for a traditional 9-5.
It was not until he rekindle his relationship with his childhood friend & fellow hip-hop artist, “CHANNEL DEV”, that TK discovered his true love for music. TK went on to help CHANNEL with his startup beverage company, Element Beverage Company (a popular beverage brand in the south). While the two worked alongside of each other, TK offered to manage CHANNEL who introduced him to the music industry.
When CHANNEL was tragically taken from this world, TK decided to continue his legacy by transforming from manager to artist. His goal is to voice uncomfortable topics through his raps, as he believes these types of things need to talked about.
