Rising east coast indie Hip Hop artists KEEM & King Fredo drops their latest video “Airplanes”.
Born in Hartford, CT…
but spent most of his life in Baltimore and Alaska Akeem Anderson A.K.A KEEM started taking a interest in music at a young age listening to Micheal Jackson, Boyz 2 men, Keith Sweat and 2 pac in his adolessient years. His later years he took interest in hip hop aritst and moguls such as 50 cent, Travis Porter, 2 Chainz, Logic, Skippa Da Flippa,Young Thug, Kevin Gates, and Migos.
Keem started recording music at the age of 15. Writing his first 16 bars recorded over a computer mic at his friends house in Maryland over the J-Kwon Tipsy instrunmental. He would just joke around and freestyle with friends till he moved back to Alaska at the age of 18 getting into a group called UTN. He started doing shows and recording music taking it very serious and realized he had something here. two years later things didn’t work out so Keem parted ways with the group at the age of 20 moving to Anchorage that same year.
While in two more groups such as 49th Entainment and Rehab Entainment after that he went on to be a solo artist. He has composed such club songs as Work Airplanes and Baking Soda that has landed him in openeing acts such as Mystikal, Cory Gunz, Gorilla Zoe.
